amazing! how do change the icons like "Get help, Show the preview pane, Change your view" ? How can i remove the homegroup icon and network from the navigation pane?

The easier way is to download This by my friend =kiko11 which is a modded shell32.dll file. You have to know it's high risk operation if you didn't replaced these files before. Anyway, you must a some system file replacer like a This one. Now you're ready to go. First select the old(original) shell32.dll file (it's located in %windir%\System32\ )after that select the new one and hit replace. Restart and done. :)
Also something important to know, this file replacer DOES HOT MAKE a backup of the old files so before to do anything
RENAME the original file to (for example) shell32.dll.old

there is a windows registry edit way to remove them, but I use Win 7 Manager.
Customization->Customize System->Explorer(I)->Panel Items->Check want you want to remove.=D
